Alex was superrrrr helpful and was very reasonable in the body work he did for my Acura RDX. He pays so much attention to detail and is very sweet, definitely very genuine. He was one of the only places open on Saturday and truly cares about his clients and getting a great end result. He gave me a timeline and also stuck with it being that my times I could come pick up and drop off were limited. Great quality work done in a reasonable time.

When I tell you both the owner and his team, are hardworking good guys who want to deliver the BEST service you can find, Im not kidding. I have never received from any mechanic shop, INCLUDING DEALERSHIPS, such caring top notch service and attention to my car and concerns. This place doesnt play around, these guys are commited to giving you what ur there for and NOT overcharging you for it. Alex is the most genuine shop owner I have ever met, and he didnt know me at all to help me the way he did. I actually cried! Bc I felt the kind of care about my concerns and worries regarding my car that I only ever felt from my own late father. When I tell you this place is a complete GEM, even THAT is an understatement. I feel I struck gold AND won the lottery. To find this kind of care and service in south florida is SHOCKING. So thankful to Alex and his wonderful team!!

Alex and his team did an above and beyond job when I brought the car in. Ive had some bad experiences with auto body shops in the past but not with Lakeshore Body. Normally never post reviews, but I had such a good experience that I felt compelled to. Came to them with a BMW 328i that was leaking water into passenger side. Alex said I got you and fixed it fast and for cheap. They're straightforward and honest, unlike most other car shops. Will be coming here for any future work.

I went to “lakeshore body” super depressed because I totaled my car,the insurance company didn’t want to fix it,but because Alex and Bert gave me a low estimate and the insurance company agreed to fix it.My Mercedes Benz was totaled and they fixed it brand new again!! New hood,door,the entire front bumper,they fixed huge dents,and the paint job was beautiful…I highly recommend this body shop if you have ever been in a car accident.

Alex was very professional from the time I drop my truck off until the time I picked it up. He is a man of his word, he answered his phone everytime I called rather it was 7am or 10pm at night which really put a huge smile on my face. When I picked up my truck it looked better then it did when I 1st brought the truck & his prices are very reasonable, he's not trying to get over on you like alot of these other autobody shops. Since i dont have a huge budget and needed my hood and front bumper replaced, i went to 2 different body shop to get them removed because the hood was stuck. One of them refused to just remove it without replacing it, the other one wanted to charge me 8h and $1000 for it. When i arrived at lakeshore body, the person i talked to helped me open the hood for free, took a look inside and gave me pointer in term of what i needed to do urgently and what could wait, and was overall super helpful! I felt respected despite not having a huge budget and it was a great experience! If the damage gets too complicated, they will get a callback from me! Thank you!

Lakeshore is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. My car was fixed in half the time I expected. Alex is the most professional, knowledgeable and nicest person to work with. He even drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car and took it back to Enterprise for me when my car was repaired. Alex worked directly with my insurance company and I didnt have to do a thing. Lakeshore has my highest recommendation!

I recently purchased an older model Cadillac. Needed to replace the front bumper and the passenger side mirror. I shopped around and everywhere I went it was almost double the cost then at Lakeshore Body.
Bert was very clear from the beginning on cost and time frame. Not your typical body shop experience.
I was really appreciative how timely the job was done. Three days later I got my car back and it looked like it was the original vehicle just rolled out from the factory floor.
There are not too many businesses around where the price is very reasonable and the job is done in the time frame it was promised.
Thanks Bert again for a great experience. Lakeshore Body is my body shop from now on.

Bert and his team are excellent!! I came here through another drivers insurance and most thing were done so fast. We unfortunately had to wait a long time for 1 part and it was hectic getting it but Bert was amazing! Its a bit tight to get in there but the gentleman work hard there and it shows!

Family members have been going here over the years and were always happy with the result. We took a car in 2 weeks ago and were very happy with the repairs. Looks great and had the car back in a week.

Our car sustained damage to the rear passenger side. It was run into by a a bad driver while stopped for a light on A1A who admitted total fault. Insurance company wanted to take the car. They claimed it couldn't be repaired, which was total nonsense. The team at Lakeshore restored the car to perfect condition. Glad I argued with the insurance company so I could keep my brand new car and not lose a third of its value because the insurance company didn't want to pay for the repair.
